Core characteristics of AE/AER① Structural characteristics
Reducer output planetary carrier is designed with integral nut for eliminating axial clearance. Heavy tapered roller bearings are distributed in the overall box at a large span, forming a strong integral structure and achieving higher torsion rigidity and super strong radial and axial bearing capacity. The one-stop machining technique guarantees ultra-high coaxiality.
The gear ring of the reducer is designed with an integral structure.
The gear ring, planetary carrier and input shaft of reducer are made of high-quality 40 Cr structural steel with the hot forging technique to achieve higher material density as well as higher rigidity and toughness than cast box and round steel.
② Characteristics of gear
The gear is the genuine helical gear with hard flank. The gear is made of high-quality 20 CrMnTi alloy steel with carburizing-gear grinding technique. Its hardness can be up to HRC62. Compared with gear made of ordinary 40 Cr and 38 CrMnTi steel with only surface ammonia treatment, this type of gear is characterized with higher hardness, rigidity, toughness and abrasion resistance performance. The tooth form and tooth direction of gear are corrected and reconditioned respectively with the design analysis technology of 3D Simulation to reduce the engagement noise and extend the service life of gear train.
③ Application characteristics
Large-span bearing arrangement output integral planetary structure enables the product to have strong radial bearing capacity and excellent axial bearing capacity as well as high rigidity. It makes outstanding performance in the cases of high-precision application, frequent start/stop and load change.
