Case: A vertical machining center, the spindle uses high-speed planetary reducers, the maximum speed is 6000 r/min, when processing aluminum alloy parts, the surface roughness reaches Ra0.8μm, meeting the precision processing requirements. 
3. New energy field:
Application locations: wind power equipment yaw drive (explosion-proof planetary reducers, rated torque 1000-5000 N·m, protection grade IP65), photovoltaic tracking system drive (small precision type, reversal gap ≤ 3 arc minutes); 
Case: A 2.5MW wind turbine at a wind farm, yaw drive uses 3 explosion-proof planetary reducers, operating for 8 years, only replaced 2 times the oil seals, with low failure rate, meeting the high reliability requirements of wind power equipment.
