Information Summary:

Proper maintenance can effectively extend the service life of planetary gearboxes and reduce equipment failure rates:

Regularly check the lubricating oil: Lubricating oil is crucial for ensuring the lubrication and heat dissipation of transmission components. It is necessary to regularly check the oil level and quality, and replace it in a timely manner according to the operating environment and conditions (such as high temperature, dusty environment) (generally, replace it every 2000-3000 hours). This avoids component wear due to deteriorated lubricating oil.
Clean the equipment and seal protection: Regularly clean the dust and oil stains on the surface of the gearbox to prevent impurities from entering the interior; check whether the seals (such as oil seals, sealing rings) are intact to avoid lubricating oil leakage and prevent water and dust from entering and corroding internal parts.
Monitor the operating status: During daily operation, pay attention to the temperature, noise, and vibration of the gearbox. If abnormal heating (the shell temperature exceeds 80℃), abnormal noise, or increased vibration occurs, stop the machine in time for inspection to eliminate faults (such as gear wear, bearing damage, etc.).
Standardize operation and installation: During installation, ensure the coaxiality of the gearbox with the motor and load equipment to avoid stress concentration caused by installation deviations; during operation, avoid frequent start-stop and overloading operation, follow the equipment operation procedures, and reduce component wear.
